Special Assistance is available to our patients through a 24-hour Emergency Telephone Service.
Reimbursement Assistance
Medicare, Medicaid and other third party insurance plans are billed directly to the carrier for a patients coverage. MasterCard and Visa are also accepted.
Discharge Assistance
We work with physicians, discharge planning and other health care coordinators to insure a smooth transition from hospital to homecare.
Patient Instruction
You'll be instructed and fully trained on the operation, safety, and care of each piece of equipment. All instruction and education is provided in the comfort and convenience of the patients home.

The S8 Escape also provides extra support for clinicians and patients with the S8 Personal Assistant, which notifies patients when it's time to call their provider, replace their mask, or insert their ResScan data card for remote compliance downloads. In addition to collecting compliance downloads, the ResScan data card can be used to adjust treatment pressure or set the Personal Assistant reminders.
